Guest counts are indoor planning guides, not guaranteed capacity. Room size, layout, acoustics, music level, and dance-floor size determine the right system. Outdoor or bass-heavy events require a separate review.

Professional setup and soundcheck.

Professional setup includes required XLR/signal and power cables, power strips, surge protection, and appropriate stands/tripods. Allow up to two hours, depending on the event. No DJ or on-site operator is included. Delivery, setup, and complex venue requirements are quoted separately unless your package specifically includes standard local service.

Add one or two moving heads. Final placement and setup are reviewed with your venue.

DJ booth with facade, Pioneer DDJ-FLX10, extra wireless microphones, mixers, and audio accessories. DJ performance is not included.
