01

Information you send

When you request a date, apply for XLR Pro, use an approved Pro workspace, or apply as a partner, you may provide contact and event or business details.

XLR uses that information to respond, plan your service, and—if the request is approved—prepare an agreement and invoice.

02

Website measurement

XLR has not activated the optional analytics tools in its onboarding plan.

If enabled later, the measurement layer is designed not to send names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, street addresses, or venue entries as analytics events.

03

Payments and booking

The website does not take payment. If XLR approves a request, HoneyBook provides a secure link for the agreement, invoice, and required payment.

A date is not booked until the required payment clears.

04

Sharing

XLR may share information with service providers that help operate the website, communicate with you, prepare bookings, and process approved agreements and payments.

XLR does not publish application details or treat a partner application as a public profile without review.
