Delivery area and service details

Standard local service covers venues within 30 minutes of downtown Kissimmee. Required XLR and power cables, power strips, surge protection and appropriate stands are included for the agreed setup.

A starting point for up to 250 indoor guests, subject to venue and sound-level review. Longer travel, stairs, difficult load-in, extra coverage and complex installations are quoted separately. DJ performance and an on-site operator are not included.

When you book professional setup, Jonathan brings the required XLR cables, power strips, surge protection, speaker stands and tripods for the agreed system.

A professional sound engineer handles placement, connections and soundcheck. Allow up to two hours of venue access for a standard setup; more involved events may need longer.

Delivery and setup are priced for your location, load-in and event complexity. Standard local service is included with Signature. Staying to operate sound during the event is a separate service, quoted on request.

Do I need to choose a package first?

No. Request a date without choosing a package. We’ll recommend a setup based on your venue and guest count.

Is delivery included?

Standard delivery within 30 minutes of downtown Kissimmee, setup, soundcheck, normal breakdown and equipment collection are included with EVOLVE 90 Signature. Other packages have separately quoted delivery and setup. Longer travel, stairs, difficult access, extra zones and complex installations may add cost. Your written quote confirms the complete scope before you book.

How many guests will the system cover?

Guest ranges are indoor planning guides, not fixed equipment limits. Room shape, distance, background noise, dance music and outdoor conditions all matter. Tell us your guest count, setting and music needs; we confirm the right system before quoting.

Is a DJ or sound operator included?

No. Setup and soundcheck are different from staffing the event. A DJ, continuous sound operation, extra coverage and specialist lighting work are separately quoted if requested.

Does my request reserve the date?

No. We first confirm availability. HoneyBook sends your agreement and invoice, and your date is reserved after the required payment clears.

Do you rent to DJs and event professionals?

Yes. Read about XLR Pro for professional rentals. Pickup is available only for approved Pro rentals.
