Guest counts are indoor planning guides, not guaranteed capacity. Room size, layout, acoustics, music level, and dance-floor size determine the right system. Outdoor or bass-heavy events require a separate review.

Delivery and setup details.
Standard delivery, setup, normal breakdown and collection included within 30 minutes of downtown Kissimmee. Extra travel, complex access, and custom setup may cost extra. Professional setup includes required XLR/signal and power cables, power strips, surge protection, and appropriate stands/tripods. Allow up to two hours, depending on the event. No DJ or on-site operator is included.
Two EVOLVE 90 systems, a mixer, two wireless microphones, and two ColorKey light bars are included. DJ booth and Pioneer DDJ-FLX10 are optional, quoted separately.
