Can I rent a PA system for a party or private event?
Yes. XLR rents complete PA and speaker systems for birthdays, private parties, receptions, meetings and community events. Tell us the guest count, location and whether the event is indoors or outdoors.
Can I rent speakers with microphones?
Yes. Wireless microphones, mixers and the required signal cables can be included with the recommended sound system. Your quote lists the exact equipment.
Do you deliver and set up speaker rentals?
Yes. Delivery, professional setup and soundcheck are available. EVOLVE 90 Signature includes standard local service; delivery and setup for other packages are quoted for the venue.
How many speakers do I need?
It depends on the room, guest count, sound level, event layout and whether the event is outdoors. We size the system after reviewing those details instead of promising coverage from guest count alone.

Professional setup includes required XLR/signal and power cables, power strips, surge protection, and appropriate stands/tripods. Allow up to two hours, depending on the event. No DJ or on-site operator is included. Delivery, setup, and complex venue requirements are quoted separately unless your package specifically includes standard local service.
